BENEFITapartments wants to set the ground for a most comfortable stay. I adhere to high hygiene standards and utmost cleanliness! Furthermore, I am happy to offer various services to assist you with organising your sojourn. Please inform me upon booking how I can help you. I happily also handle possible special requests.


We clean for each and every guest! Your apartment is cleaned and the beds are made on the eve of your arrival - no matter when the last guest left the flat. Cleaning service: I gladly organise for your apartment to be cleaned also during your stay (subject to charge).


My apartments are free from others’ belongings. For hygiene reasons, unsealed toiletries and durable foodstuffs left behind by former guests are all disposed of. Similarly, I do not stock basic edibles.


Instead, I would like to offer my groceries service to you and buy your desired foods, drinks and toiletries shortly prior to your arrival (free of extra charge). Similarly, I can stock your favourite sorts of capsules for the Nespresso machine. Details can be discussed upon your enquiry.


Every sleeping-place offers generous mattress width. Beds and sofa beds are of minimum 90 cm per person, chair-beds minimum 80 cm. Mattresses are made of high-quality cold-foam and feature pocket spring core systems, are antibacterial and antiallergic and covered with clean mattress covers before your arrival. Coverings of all sleeping-places are removable and/or hygienically cleanable and are accordingly serviced.


Blankets and pillows are hotel-quality and size and are machine-washable at 60°C. Linen are also hotel-quality, from damask and washable at 90°C. We solely wash, clean and iron at a dry-cleaner’s, which complies to respective standard procedures of hygiene.
